Beta terms of use

Policy version: beta-2026-11-01

Local beta policy. Operator identity and public contact details are still pending. Live numbers, real payment collection and a commercial launch are not enabled.

What this beta provides

Sendmecode currently provides an evaluation environment for a temporary SMS activation marketplace. All displayed phone identifiers, codes, inventory and wallet funds in the demo are simulated. The demo cannot register or verify a real social account. It does not collect real customer payments.

Who may use it

Use the beta only if you can understand and accept these terms. Use accurate information for your own account, keep your password private, and do not use another person’s account. Do not submit children’s information or sensitive identity documents.

Permitted use

You may evaluate the catalogue, simulated wallet and activation flow. You must not use Sendmecode for spam, impersonation, bulk account farming, ban evasion, harassment, fraud, or access to someone else’s account. Only use a destination service where it permits your intended verification method.

Temporary access and recovery

Temporary SMS access is not ownership of a phone number or a purchased social account. In a future live service, numbers may have previous users, be recycled, be rejected, or become unavailable for recovery. Use a SIM you control for important WhatsApp accounts, banking or sensitive identities. No acceptance or recovery guarantee is offered.

Wallet and payment boundary

Demo wallet balances have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or redeemed. A completed demo activation cannot be cancelled. Pending demo activations may be cancelled for a simulated wallet credit. See the wallet and refunds notice.

Account security and beta changes

Email verification and password recovery use expiring, single-use links. A password reset signs out existing sessions. The beta may change, be suspended or be reset during testing; it is not a production availability commitment.

Contact and publication status

Signed-in testers can create a support ticket. Operator identity, jurisdiction, public support address, live pricing and consumer terms must be confirmed before public commercial onboarding. These beta terms do not replace final legal review.
